Anke Becker is currently a postdoctoral researcher in Joseph Henrich's Culture, Cognition, and Coevolution Lab at Harvard, where she is also affiliated with the Economics Department. She received her PhD from the University of Bonn in 2016. In her current research, she focuses on historical determinants of contemporary variation across cultures in economically relevant phenomena, for example gender inequality.
