Arlan Brucal is an applied microeconomist who studies issues relating to climate change mitigation and adaptation and their implications to growth and sustainable development. He is a Research Officer at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa, and his BS and MA from the University of the Philippines.
