Arzu Uluc is an Economist in the macro-financial risks division at the Bank of England. Before joining the Bank of England, she worked at the Central Bank of Turkey.
Arzu received a PhD from the European University Institute in 2012. Arzu's research interests span topics in house price stability, mortgage markets, and macro-prudential policies.
