Assaf Hamdani is a Professor at the Law School and the School of Management and Director of the Fischer Corporate Governance Center at Tel Aviv University. He is a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). His research on law and economics, corporate law and financial regulation has been published in journals such as the Yale Law Journal, California Law Review, Columbia Law Review, Stanford Law Review, and the Review of Finance. He was a visiting professor at Berkeley Law School, Columbia Law School and Harvard Law School. He chaired Israel’s Committee on Institutional Investors and Capital Markets and served as a member of Israel’s Securities Authority, and as an advisor to Israel’s Committee on Institutional Investors’ Investment in Corporate Bonds.
