Ceren Baysan is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Toronto. She is also an affiliate of the Abdul Lateef Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and a Research Affiliate of the CEPR Development Economics group. She received her PhD from UC Berkeley (ARE) in 2018. Her research fields include political economy, development economics, and applied microeconomics.
