ChinChih Chen

Oxford Martin Fellow and post-doctoral researcher, Oxford Martin School at University Of Oxford

Chinchih Chen is an Oxford Martin Fellow of the Oxford Martin Programme on the Future of Work and a post-doctoral researcher of the Oxford Martin Programme on Technological and Economic Change, both at Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford. She received her Ph.D. in economic geography from London School of Economics in 2014 and then joined Oxford Martin School since 2015. Her main area of interest is in applied microeconomics, in particular, on issues relating to labour and technology development as well as on topics in socio-economy, institution and regional economics. She currently works on the research projects investigating the impact of industrial robots on the local labour economy across European countries and the cross-country relationship between institution, cultural traits and innovation.
