Christian Ketels

Dr. Christian Ketels is Chief Economist of the Boston Consulting Group, where he leads the Center for Macroeconomics at the BCG Henderson Institute. He is a Visiting Executive at Harvard Business School, where he served on the faculty as the head of Prof. Michael E. Porter's research team at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness between 2000 and 2017. He is also Senior Research Fellow at the Stockholm School of Economics and Honorary Professor at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany). He has led cluster and competitiveness projects in many countries and regions, and advised a large number of governments and international organisations on strategy and growth.
