David Bell

David Bell is a professor of economics at the University of Stirling, Scotland. His interests range across labour economics, health economics, the economics of long-term care and fiscal federalism. His main interests in labour economics cover working time, unemployment and underemployment and well-being. He is also the principal investigator of the HAGIS (Healthy AGeing In Scotland) study which is aligned with the English Longitudinal Study of Ageing in England (ELSA) and with the Study of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE).
