Dilan Ölcer

Dilan Ölcer is a Research Associate within the Global Development Outlook team at the OECD Development Centre. Her areas of research include development economics, political economy, economics of natural resources, and game theory. Previously, she has worked at the International Finance Corporation, Rambøll Management, Nordea Bank, and the EU Institute for Security Studies. Dilan completed her graduate studies in economics and international management at the Stockholm School of Economics, Yonsei University, and HEC Paris. She is currently a PhD candidate at Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris.
