Emmanuel Valat

Emmanuel Valat is an Economist at the Research and Statistic Directorate of the French Labor Ministry (DARES). He holds a PhD in Economics from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University. His research interest are Labor Economics and Applied Microeconometrics. His works mainly focuses on inequalities in the labor market, including topics such as hiring discrimination, the role of social relations in the labor market and the evaluation of social policies to combat employment inequalities.
