Eric Neumayer is Pro-Vice Chancellor Planning and Resources and a Professor of Environment and Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the United Kingdom. His research areas include evidence-based public polity, quantitative methods, asylum and migration, human rights, conflicts, sustainable development and economic geography. His academic articles have been published in various international journals such as International Organization, International Studies Quarterly, Journal of Conflict Resolution, World Development and Journal of Peace Research. Eric Neumayer received his PhD in Development Studies at the LSE in 1999.
