Eric Ng earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Western Ontario and a MSc. in economics from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. He has worked as Assistant Professor at the Wilfrid Laurier University. Currently, he is working as an Economist at Industry Canada. His research interest includes macroeconomics, international economics, growth & development, productivity and competitiveness. His current research focuses on the productivity and competitiveness of information and communications technology sectors.
