Filip Zikes is a Research Economist at the Market Infrastructure Division of the Bank of England. He works on policy issues related to the reforms of over-the-counter (OTC) markets and conducts academic research in OTC markets and market microstructure. He holds a PhD in Financial Econometrics from Imperial College London, where he has taught courses in economics and finance at the graduate level.
