Frank Mattern is chairman of the McKinsey Global Institute and a senior partner of McKinsey & Company, based in Frankfurt. He has served global corporations for the past 27 years including in financial services, logistics, industry, and the public sector. Within McKinsey, he serves as global head of recruiting and is a member of the Shareholders' Council, the Firm's highest global decision-making body.
