Gaurav Chiplunkar

Gaurav Chiplunkar is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. His research studies the causes and consequences of challenges faced by firms and workers in adapting to a rapidly changing world. He studies how policy reforms and the advent of digital technologies in recent years can help mitigate these barriers, especially for the youth and women. Gaurav received his B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University, M.Sc. Economics from the London School of Economics, M.Phil Economic Research from University of Cambridge, and Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.
