Giulia Zane is a Researcher at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) based in Accra, Ghana. She completed a Ph.D. in Economics at the London School of Economics in 2017 and a Postdoc at Harvard University in 2018. Prior to joining IWMI, she worked for the World Bank and Inter-American Development and consulted for other organizations, including the African Development Bank and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Her research interests include evaluating the effectiveness of development programs related to food, agriculture, and energy.
