Guanmin Liao is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the School of Accountancy, Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE). He received a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and a PhD in Accounting from Renmin University of China. He joined the CUFE faculty in 2007. His research interests include capital structure, corporate governance and earnings management. His publications have appeared in leading academic journals on Chinese economy, finance and accounting such as China Economic Review and China Accounting and Finance Review.
