Haiyue Yu

Haiyue Yu is assistant professor at the School of Finance, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE), Dalian, China. His research interests include the economics of ageing, pension, and the intergenerational economic decisions within households. His recent papers investigate the impacts of pension contribution regimes on the welfare of insured households and solvency of the pension system, as well as the interaction between the employments of young and elderly women within households through the channel of grandparent-provided childcare. He holds a PhD in economics from DUFE.
