Helen Ho

Helen Ho is a research director at The People Lab and holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University. Her research uses the tools of behavioral economics and randomized controlled trials to improve the experiences of workers and people involved in the criminal justice system. Her research interests include worker voice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, pathways out of the criminal justice system, and court fines and fees.
