Henrik Müller is a professor of Economic Policy Journalism at TU Dortmund University. He studied economics at the University of Kiel and got a doctorate degree in economics from the University of the Armed Forces Hamburg. He graduated from the German School of Journalism (Deutsche Journalistenschule) in Munich. After a career in business journalism, his last position being deputy editor-in-chief at manager magazin, he returned to academics. Müller co-founded the Dortmund Center for data-based Media Analysis (DoCMA). He is the author of numerous books about economic policy issues and a frequent commentator in German media.
