Holger Schmieding is Chief Economist at Berenberg Bank. Before joining Berenberg, he was a Senior Economic Advisor to the International Monetary Fund, a Senior Strategist at the Bank of America and worked for Merrill Lynch, based in Washington DC, London and Frankfurt.
