Howard Smith is Associate Professor of Economics at Oxford University, a Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research, an Associate of the Institute for Fiscal Studies, and an Academic Advisor at the UK's Competition and Markets Authority. His research interests are in the field of Empirical IO, with applicaton to competition policy issues.
