Ilina Logani

Rhodes Scholar and MPhil candidate at University Of Oxford

Ilina Logani is a Rhodes Scholar and MPhil candidate studying Economic and Social History at the University of Oxford, where she studies the history and economics of environmental segregation and toxic waste sites in the United States. Outside of her work measuring the mortality of the U.S. homeless population as a Menard Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Chicago, her previous research has focused on teachers’ labor unions, faculty composition of American public schools, and the economic and political history of labor institutions. Logani received her BA in Economics with Honors from Columbia University.
