Jacek Rothert

Jacek Rothert is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the United States Naval Academy. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota. He specializes in applied macroeconomic theory, and his research focuses on open economies, international capital flows, and emerging markets. He is also interested in dynamic incentive problems.
