Johannes Fischer is an economist in the economics department (Balance of Payments, Exchange Rates and Capital Markets Analysis) at the Deutsche Bundesbank. Prior to this role, he was part of the Monetary Policy Outlook Division at the Bank of England. Johannes Fischer obtained his PhD in 2022 at the European University Institute in Florence.
