Jon Pareliussen is a Senior Economist in the OECD Economics Department, where he currently heads the Korea/Sweden Desk. His research covers a wide range of topics, including the economics of demographic trends, labour market dynamics, income distribution, gender equality, skills and education, productivity and climate policies. He has previously worked in the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and studied at the Norwegian School of Economics.
