Junko Shimizu

Associate Professor at the School of Commerce at Senshu University

Junko Shimizu is Associate Professor at the School of Commerce, Senshu University, Japan. She has also joined at the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI) as a Researcher of the project on "The Optimal Exchange Rate Regime for East Asia" since 2005 and has been in charge of calculating the Asia Monetary Unit (AMU). She also worked as a Research Member of ASEAN + 3 Research Group in 2007-2008, 2009-2010 and 2010-. She obtained her Ph.D. in commerce from Hitotsubashi University of Tokyo in 2004.
