Lucija Muehlenbachs is an associate professor of economics at the University of Calgary and University Fellow at Resources for the Future. She is an environmental economist with much work on oil and gas consumption and production. She has a B.S. in Physical Sciences from the University of Alberta and a Ph.D. in Resource Economics from the University of Maryland.
