Luis Cabezas is a Ph.D. in Economics student at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). His research focuses on Monetary Economics, International Macroeconomics, Asset Pricing, and Banking with an interest in the study of emerging markets. Previous to joining to the doctoral program he was part of the Central Bank of Chile where he worked as a junior economist in the financial research area. Luis holds a Master of Economics as well as a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Chile.
