Luis Morano

Luis Morano is a Research Analyst at the Office of the Regional Chief Economist for Latin America and the Caribbean (World Bank). Previously, he worked at CEDLAS (Center of Distributive, Labor and Social Studies) and at University of La Plata in Argentina. He studied Economics at Universidad Nacional de La Plata, where he got his B.A. and where he is finishing his M.A. thesis. His research focuses on international macroeconomics and fiscal policy, with special interest in fiscal rules.
