Lyudmyla Sonchak is an Assistant Professor of Economics at SUNY Oswego. She is a labor economist with research interests in health economics. The primary focus of Lyudmyla’s research is the evaluation of early investments and interventions on children’s health and well-being. Her most current work includes the evaluation of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infant and Children (WIC) on infant health, medical care utilization, and longer term health outcomes. Lyudmyla Sonchak completed her Doctorate in Economics at Clemson University in 2014.
