Manuel Fernández Sierra is an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics at Universidad de los Andes and a research affiliate at the Institute of Labor Economics. He works mostly on labour and health economics. Manuel earned his DPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford.
