Mariann Ollár is an Assistant Professor of Economics at NYU Shanghai. Prior to joining NYU, she was a lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the School of Economics at University of Edinburgh. She received her PhD in 2014 at UWisconsin-Madison, and was a postdoc at UPenn. Mariann's teaching fields are microeconomics, game theory, mathematics for economists, environmental economics and economics of information. She is a theorist and her research is in Mechanism Design and Market Design.
