Mark Horton is a Division Chief in the IMF’s Middle East and Central Asia Department. He is currently the IMF’s Mission Chief for the Republic of Armenia; he previously served as a Division Chief in the Fund’s Fiscal Affairs Department. His work has focused on fiscal vulnerabilities and fiscal policy during crises.
