Mark Rogers is Economics Fellow at Harris Manchester College, Oxford University and Professor of the Economics of Innovation, Aston University. His research concerns growth, innovation and intellectual property. He has a wide range of articles on these issues and a recent book entitled Innovation, Intellectual Property, and Economic Growth (Princeton, with Christine Greenhalgh).
