Martin Rey

Economist, Policy Strategy and Institutional Relations division at European Stability Mechanism

Martin Rey is an Economist in the Policy Strategy and Institutional Relations division of the ESM. His work centres on fiscal stabilisation, the European safe asset, and the European fiscal framework. Prior to joining the ESM in 2021, Martin worked for France Stratégie, in the services of the Prime Minister of France. Martin holds a master’s from Sciences Po Paris and the University of Oxford.
