Matej Bajgar is an economist analysing how globalisation, technological change and public policies affect firm performance. His research on industry concentration has been featured in the Economist special report on competition and in Harvard Business Review. He has worked as an Economist at the OECD Directorate for Science Technology and Innovation and previoulsy as a consultant at the World Bank. He completed a DPhil in Economics at the University of Oxford in 2016.
