Miles Parker is a Senior Lead Economist in the Counsel to the Executive Board of the European Central Bank. Prior to joining the ECB, he was Adviser at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and Senior Economist at the Bank of England. He has a PhD in Economics from Te Herenga Waka / Victoria University of Wellington. His research interests are mainly inflation dynamics, natural catastrophes and climate change.
