Orsetta Causa is senior economist at the OECD Economics Department, head of the Labour market & Inequalities Work stream. Her research interests and publications cover labour market dynamics and inclusiveness, inequality of opportunities and inequalities of outcomes, with a strong emphasis on policy traction. Her research has also focused on intergenerational social mobility, trade, productivity, and the impact of structural policies on macroeconomic growth. Orsetta held several positions in the OECD Economics Department, including responsibility for the Going for Growth publication. She holds a Phd from Paris School of Economics.
