Pascal Towbin is an Economist at the International Macroeconomics Division of the Banque de France. He holds a Phd from the Graduate Institute, Geneva. His research interests lie in international macroeconomics, in particular capital flows, exchange rate regimes and financial integration. Pascal has previously worked as a Consultant for the OECD and as an Intern at the Bank of England.
