Pauline Charnoz is the head of the unit in charge of the evaluation of labor policies at the French Ministry of Labor. Prior to that, she was an economist at French Statistical Institute and a doctoral researcher affiliated with CREST and RITM/Paris-Saclay, and she visited the Department of Economics at PUC-RIO (Brazil) in 2010/2011. Her research intersects the fields of labor and urban economics, with a special focus on wage dynamics.
