Pedro Rey Biel is Associate Research Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and Ramón y Cajal researcher at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He holds a PhD in Economics from University College London (2005). His research focuses on behavioral and experimental economics, and in particular in the design of optimal incentive mechanisms that take into account individual heterogeneity in preferences, attitudes and cognitive capacities. Lately, he has been working in field experiments using new technologies with applications in the entertainment and the health sectors.
