Philip Hoxie is an economics PhD student at the University of California, San Diego in the 2021 cohort. Previously, Mr. Hoxie was a research associate at the American Enterprise Institute, and he graduated Summa cum Laude from Middlebury College in 2018. Mr. Hoxie is also a 2022 awardee of the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship.
