Pietrangelo de Biase

Pietrangelo de Biase has consulted for the OECD Network on Fiscal Relations on topics related to fiscal federalism. He has also worked with public finances at the Brazilian National Treasury, notably in the areas of public debt management and intergovernmental fiscal relations. He holds a master’s degree in policy analysis from the Delft University of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
