Richard Bluhm is an assistant professor (Akademischer Rat) at Leibniz University Hannover's Institute of Macroeconomics and a Feodor Lynen Research Fellow at the Department of Political Science at the University of California, San Diego. His research is broadly situated in development economics, urban/ regional economics, political economy and applied econometrics. He received his PhD from Maastricht University in 2015.
