Roberta Marra

Roberta Marra is PhD candidate in "Economic and Market Law” for Euromediterranean School of Law and Politics, ISUFI. She was Research Assistant in the workgroup of Prof. Biagio Bossone within the research activity promoted by the Independent Evaluation Office of the IMF and concluded with the publication of a contribution, "The performance of the IMF in the run-up to the 2008 financial crisis: the cases of Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Switzerland". She had an Internship at the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (Unidroit) in Rome and attended as a trainee the Department of Research of the Italian Constitutional Court. She is a research fellow in public and constitutional law for the Faculty of Law of the University of Salento, where she studies for her doctoral thesis under the guidance of Prof. Achille de Nitto; her research interests include soft law, as well as unwritten law more generally and the unifying power of case law.
