Samara Gunter

Samara Gunter is Associate Professor of Economics at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. She received a PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2008 and an undergraduate degree in Public Policy Studies and Economics from the University of Chicago. Her research lies in the fields of public finance and household economics and focuses on policy implementation. Her work has been published in National Tax Journal, International Tax and Public Finance, and Review of Economics of the Household.
