Seyit Mümin Cilasun received his PhD in economics from the Middle East Technical University in 2009. He worked as a faculty member at Atılım University between 2002-2017. In 2017-2018, he worked as an advisor and in 2018-2019 he worked as an economist at the Structural Economic Research Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. He is currently deputy executive director at the same department. Associate Professor Cilasun’s research interests are applied microeconometrics, labor economics, and industrial economics. Cilasun is the managing editor of Central Bank Review and an affiliate of Economic Research Forum (ERF).
