Shannon Phillips

Shannon Phillips earned her PhD in economics at Boston College. She was employed at Mathematica Policy Research, Inc. in Princeton, NJ for two years, after receiving her BA in mathematics and economics from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. Her research is in the area of labour economics, economic development, and international trade. She presented her preliminary dissertation in March 2009 at the Conference for the Study of African Economies.
