Stephanie von Hinke Kessler Scholder is an Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of York. Her main research interests are in health economics and applied microeconometrics. Her research has focused on the economics of obesity, diet and nutrition, looking at potential causes and consequences of the recent rise in body weight, as well as at evaluating ways to improve dietary choices.
